She was instrumental in the biggest out of court settlement in the Nigerian Gambling Industry between the Federal Government and the Pioneer Lottery Operator in the country. She is known to ideate globally and execute locally and she possesses a practical understanding of the intricacies of political scenes and boardroom politics having worked as a Legal Adviser/Company Secretary and a government liaison executive for a Public Liability Gaming Company with government interests, for 8 years; representing at top profile government functions, meetings, summons; that include the NLRC, EFCC, ICPC, CPC, Senate and National Assembly. She worked as a Group Company Secretary/ Legal Adviser/ Inter-governmental affairs Executive for Secure Electronic Technology Plc. She is also the founder and Chief Ideation Officer of Gaming Safe (GamSafe) Initiative, amongst other projects aimed at community development and societal sustainability. She uses her expertise and practical knowledge of the gaming/gambling industry to advocate for better policies in the gaming/gambling industry, including promotion of safer gambling; balancing profit maximization with social responsibility, underage gambling prevention etc.

He has over 12 years constructive experience in the Nigerian lottery Industry making him a regulatory expert in the Nigerian gambling market. He was Deputy Director, Legal at the National Lottery Regulatory Commission for 6 years, providing strategic direction and oversight for all legal matters within the Commission. He played a big role in the biggest out of court settlement in the Nigerian gambling Industry. He was also the Board Secretary, Governing Board NLRC for 6 years. He went on to become the Director, Monitoring and Enforcement NLRC a position he held for 3 years. He also has wide range of experience in the United States legal sector before joining the Nigerian gaming regulatory market. He was Area Manager for RJ Reynolds Tobacco Co., Florida; Associate Legal Club of America, Lauderdale Florida and Principal Partner, OJ Odunna & Associates, Lauderdale Florida. She also holds a Diploma in Research Methods and Skills from MSM, Netherlands and various other certifications which include cert in Information Systems Management from Maastricht School of Management, Netherlands; Public Leadership Credentials from Harvard Kennedy School and a Doctorate Degree from Maastricht School of Management, Netherlands. She is a Fellow with the Africa Institute of Supply Chain and an International Trade and Logistics Specialist. She is also a Chartered Professional, Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply United Kingdom-MCIPS; Chartered Member, Purchasing Management Association of Canada- SCMP; Chartered Member, Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Chain- Nigeria; Corporate Member, Council of Engineering in Nigeria and Corporate Member, Nigeria Society of Engineers. She obtained her doctor of Optometry degree at Abia State University, where she went into further research for the love of her profession. Her passion and utmost dedication in the world of research led to the discovery of one of the basic content used in the pharmaceutical industry in the production of most eye drops which has been beneficial in the eye care sector and medical world at large. She is a member of Nigerian Optometric Association (NOA) where she served in various capacity. She is currently the Secretary General of the zone 3 of the association in Lagos State. She is also a member of Gild of Optometry Directors of Nigeria (GOODON) and also a member of Family Optometrist Mentors (FOM). Dr. Jane has worked in different roles in both public and private sector. She is a motivator and a humanitarian and she has touched many lives positively both old and young. Her humanitarian services include free comprehensive eye consultation in her clinic at least once every month. Many of her health journals have been widely published in National and International journal. She is a born leader and a silent achiever.

Throughout his career, Ikenna has demonstrated expertise in financial crime analysis, regulatory compliance, legal research, and risk management. He has a proven track record of providing strategic financial guidance to clients and stakeholders, ensuring clients meet their regulatory and legal obligations, and identifying gaps in financial risk assessment and mitigation within the dynamic UK financial market. He has also worked as a decision making manager within the UK Department for Work and Pensions overseeing EU regulatory requirements with regard to the assessment of applications from EU citizens’ access to the UK social benefit system. He supports several charities and has taken particular interest in those that provide safety for the vulnerable in the society, especially the most financially disadvantaged. He is passionate about ensuring that companies are held to a high level of corporate social responsibility and that they take into consideration how their activities impact the communities within which they operate, hence his interest in the gaming and gambling industry. He is passionate about leveraging data-driven insights to drive informed decision-making and secure required regulatory breakthroughs that will provide social, mental and financial safety and ensure balance within the society.
