She was instrumental in the biggest out of court settlement in the Nigerian Gambling Industry between the Federal Government and the Pioneer Lottery Operator in the country. She is known to ideate globally and execute locally and she possesses a practical understanding of the intricacies of political scenes and boardroom politics having worked as a Legal Adviser/Company Secretary and a government liaison executive for a Public Liability Gaming Company with government interests, for 8 years; representing at top profile government functions, meetings, summons; that include the NLRC, EFCC, ICPC, CPC, Senate and National Assembly. She worked as a Group Company Secretary/ Legal Adviser/ Inter-governmental affairs Executive for Secure Electronic Technology Plc. (formerly National Sports Lottery Plc. & its Subsidiaries), Gateway Assessor for Citizens Advice Bureau, London Borough of Barnet, United Kingdom; Solicitor, AdelJibs and Co Solicitors, Enfield United Kingdom, Legal Consultant for Ekene Odum & Co Solicitors (Lagos Nig/Eng & Wales) and Hon. L.A Mbaso & Co. Nig. She is currently the Founder and CEO of HILM Associates, a boutique legal consultancy firm that offers services on Gaming Practice and other niche areas of practice; Lotteryisfun.com.ng, a blog for the dissemination of information/news and articles related to the gaming industry in Nigeria, Africa and across the globe generally. She is also the founder and Chief Ideation Officer of Gaming Safe (GamSafe) Initiative, amongst other projects aimed at community development and societal sustainability. She uses her expertise and practical knowledge of the gaming/gambling industry to advocate for better policies in the gaming/gambling industry, including promotion of safer gambling; balancing profit maximization with social responsibility, underage gambling prevention etc.

He is adept at managing complex business risk management, navigating regulatory frameworks and achieving favourable business outcomes. He is known for effectively collaborating with stakeholders and driving business growth through innovative legal solutions and strategic initiatives. He is proficient in standard productivity software and technologies with a keen understanding of business dynamics and market trends. He has over 12 years constructive experience in the Nigerian lottery Industry making him a regulatory expert in the Nigerian gambling market. He was Deputy Director, Legal at the National Lottery Regulatory Commission for 6 years, providing strategic direction and oversight for all legal matters within the Commission. He played a big role in the biggest out of court settlement in the Nigerian gambling Industry. He was also the Board Secretary, Governing Board NLRC for 6 years. He went on to become the Director, Monitoring and Enforcement NLRC a position he held for 3 years. He also has wide range of experience in the United States legal sector before joining the Nigerian gaming regulatory market. He was Area Manager for RJ Reynolds Tobacco Co., Florida; Associate Legal Club of America, Lauderdale Florida and Principal Partner, OJ Odunna & Associates, Lauderdale Florida. He is currently the Principal Partner, Jogos Partners & Advisory LP, Abuja Nigeria.

She studied Law at the University of Lagos and has a certificate on domestic arbitration from Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (CIArb). In her different career roles, she has worked as Head of Secretariat & Program Administrator; Nigeria Internal Maritime Summit; Legal Advisor, ThisNerdGirl; Human Resources Management & Legal Advisor, FinCode UK. She is an Executive Committee member for Executive Initiatives, a member of HR & International Relations Team Slum2School Africa and a strong advocate for youth empowerment and reform. He is well skilled in corporate law, civil litigation, debt collection, intellectual property, family law and oil & gas law. Over the years, Tobenna has cultivated a strong business development acumen, with a strong passion for community development. He has been the Managing Partner, Tobenna Ilechukwu & Co, from 2016 till date.

She is a licenced teacher of the Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria. She got her Bachelor’s degree in Religious Education from University of Nigeria Nsukka and her Master’s degree in Environmental Education and Management from the University of Calabar. She is skilled in adapting to students’ diverse learning styles and committed to maintaining a high educational standard with clear emphasis on mental health. She thoroughly enjoys working with children, encouraging and challenging them to embrace creativity, critical thinking and negotiation skills. She is an author, public speaker and former executive assistant to Governor of Anambra State on political matters.

She is well known for her expertise in legal technology, VC negotiation, start-up growth and entrepreneurship. She has served in various roles including the Head of Legal Services and Technical Contracting on the Oil Mining Lease (OML), 55 Oil and Gas Exploration/Production and Legal Advisor of various National Boards. Aside from her academic and professional accomplishments, she has a great passion for community development, and believes strongly in child protection which aligns strongly with Gamsafe’s vision. Her foundation has awarded several tuition scholarships to law students and donations towards other community development projects.

She had her first degree in Engineering from Bayero University Kano, she went on to acquire a PGD in Management from University of Calabar; an M.sc in Purchasing & Supply Chain Management from Robert Gordon University (RGU), Aberdeen, Scotland. She also holds a Diploma in Research Methods and Skills from MSM, Netherlands and various other certifications which include cert in Information Systems Management from Maastricht School of Management, Netherlands; Public Leadership Credentials from Harvard Kennedy School and a Doctorate Degree from Maastricht School of Management, Netherlands. She is a Fellow with the Africa Institute of Supply Chain and an International Trade and Logistics Specialist. She is also a Chartered Professional, Chartered Institute of Procurement and Supply United Kingdom-MCIPS; Chartered Member, Purchasing Management Association of Canada- SCMP; Chartered Member, Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply Chain- Nigeria; Corporate Member, Council of Engineering in Nigeria and Corporate Member, Nigeria Society of Engineers. She has extensive professional experience both in Nigeria and United Kingdom, amongst which is General Manager, Supply Chain Management at the Abuja Electricity Distribution Plc. (AEDC) and is currently a Sustainable Public Procurement Researcher, University of Cardiff, Wales, United Kingdom. She has a strong zeal for ESG, Children’s welfare and community sustainability.

She had her psychiatric experience at the Federal Neuro Psychiatric Hospital Nawfia, Anambra State She is an advocate for mental health and substance abuse awareness. She combines her expertise as a registered nurse and a mental health counsellor to assist individuals in conquering mental health obstacles. She advocates for programs & policies that prioritise the well-being of the youth in order to strengthen the communities. She is the founder/CEO of Health Planet Psychotherapy.

She obtained her doctor of Optometry degree at Abia State University, where she went into further research for the love of her profession. Her passion and utmost dedication in the world of research led to the discovery of one of the basic content used in the pharmaceutical industry in the production of most eye drops which has been beneficial in the eye care sector and medical world at large. She is a member of Nigerian Optometric Association (NOA) where she served in various capacity. She is currently the Secretary General of the zone 3 of the association in Lagos State. She is also a member of Gild of Optometry Directors of Nigeria (GOODON) and also a member of Family Optometrist Mentors (FOM). Dr. Jane has worked in different roles in both public and private sector. She is a motivator and a humanitarian and she has touched many lives positively both old and young. Her humanitarian services include free comprehensive eye consultation in her clinic at least once every month. Many of her health journals have been widely published in National and International journal. She is a born leader and a silent achiever.

He is a seasoned Anti-Money Laundering specialist that has worked with more than one of the Big Four PSN in the world. Throughout his career, Ikenna has demonstrated expertise in financial crime analysis, regulatory compliance, legal research, and risk management. He has a proven track record of providing strategic financial guidance to clients and stakeholders, ensuring clients meet their regulatory and legal obligations, and identifying gaps in financial risk assessment and mitigation within the dynamic UK financial market. He has also worked as a decision making manager within the UK Department for Work and Pensions overseeing EU regulatory requirements with regard to the assessment of applications from EU citizens’ access to the UK social benefit system. He supports several charities and has taken particular interest in those that provide safety for the vulnerable in the society, especially the most financially disadvantaged. He is passionate about ensuring that companies are held to a high level of corporate social responsibility and that they take into consideration how their activities impact the communities within which they operate, hence his interest in the gaming and gambling industry. He is passionate about leveraging data-driven insights to drive informed decision-making and secure required regulatory breakthroughs that will provide social, mental and financial safety and ensure balance within the society.

<span style="font-weight: 400;">Chibuzo is a professional Public relations consultant and the host of a weekly podcast, “Be Inspired by Buzopat”. She is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Public Relations and a Fellow of Corporate, Governance and Management Institute.</span> <span style="font-weight: 400;">She is a corporate social responsibility advocate, a filmmaker, an author, a public speaker and a certified motivational/inspirational coach, and an event consultant. She has been decorated with over 126 awards and has presented abstracts both locally and internationally.</span> <span style="font-weight: 400;">Her various academic achievements include Masters in Business Administration, Degrees in theatre Arts, mass communication and management, with several certifications in public administration and other departmental courses.</span> <span style="font-weight: 400;">Through her NGO, Meljenstin Youth Empowerment; she has rendered immeasurable assistance to people living with disabilities, the aged and widows, including scholarships to orphans and indigent students. She champions yearly brand projects like, Say NO to Drug Addiction, Miss Motivational brain pageant, Prestigious Motivational Awards, Comedy Infusion for Down syndrome, Youth essay competition for secondary schools, Buzopat charity ball community outreach etc.</span> <span style="font-weight: 400;">She is blessed with a unique ability and vigour to develop her inner vision and ideas for the betterment of society.</span>

<span style="font-weight: 400;">Femisi is a researcher, tech enthusiast, and a graduate of Law from the Obafemi Awolowo University Ile-Ife Nigeria, and consequently became a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 2019. He’s a gleeful individual that enjoys creating a sustainable environment where human civilization can continually grow and thrive. </span> <span style="font-weight: 400;">Over the years, he has grown passion and interest for ensuring individuals and businesses can actualize their dreams and create a new possibility, and how technology as a tool can be successfully deployed to harness and develop human potentials creating an amiable universe for all to live in. </span> <span style="font-weight: 400;">This curiosity has fueled his desire in gaining a comprehensive understanding of certain areas of Law and their corresponding interaction with technology. Thus, he is well versed in data protection law, intellectual property, International law, energy/environmental law, corporate practice, competition law and human right law. </span> <span style="font-weight: 400;">As a tech enthusiast, he’s concerned about technology being deployed to aid transparency in government, create abundance for humanity, and ensure an ethical use of technological resources. </span> <span style="font-weight: 400;">He’s currently practising with Hilm Associates, where he expresses his flair for gaming/gambling industry and other emerging technologies.
